It is not necessary to activate the voucher before traveling. We only recommend downloading the app and registering before leaving the country.

A “Long Stay” product means that the trip can be extended up to 365 consecutive days. On the other hand, the “Multiple Trips” product means that, regardless of whether the product is valid for 365 days, you will have service for the first 30 or 60 days from the start of your trip, each time you leave your country of origin and until the expiration date of your E-voucher.

*It is important that you check the consecutive days per trip on your E-voucher.

From the beginning to the end of the trip. The economic benefits apply within the General or Specific Conditions of the product. They begin and end together with the validity of the product, provided the customer is outside their country of residence. The only service that will still be valid in your city of residence is the Guarantee of Lost Luggage Tracking on the return flight.

You must notify Assist Card within the first 24 hours after landing. You can do so through our app, by registering on our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling us. Remember that you must have a copy of the PIR and your TAG (the receipt given to you by the airline when you checked in) handy.
