What should I do if my luggage is delayed?
If you cant find your luggage at the airport terminal, please go to the airport's luggage service counter. Said counter is usually located at the customs lobby, next to the luggage claim area.
At the luggage services counter you'll have to fill a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) where you'll find a unique reference number that'll allow us to track your luggage.
In this report you'll have to write down as much information about your luggage as possible, such as color, brand and identifiable stickers. If you've left the airport without filling this report, please contact your airline right away.
What's the PIR reference number?
The reference number on the PIR report (Property Irregularity Report) is a unique code that allows us to track your delayed luggage. It is composed by a combination of 10 letters and numbers and it can be found on top of your name on the PIR report. You can use the PIR reference number to check the updated status of your luggage.
What's a TAG or BAG TAG?
Bag tags, also known as baggage tags, are traditionally used by airline carriers to track your luggage's route and its arrival at the correct destination.
